Arraya: renting made simple

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. This page explains what that means if you need a car while yours is off the road in Arraya. How it works: A car while yours is off the road, rented by the day or the week. After a collision, your insurer may pay when your adjuster approves the rental, and we can bill them directly. Our matching cars start at $50 a day before tax.

Our reach

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Arraya. From central Toronto, Arraya is about 3,419 km away in a straight line; we deliver within about 80 km.

Visiting Toronto from Arraya? We can meet you with a car when you arrive. Our cars can leave Ontario only with written consent from us, arranged before the trip. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Arraya if you like. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

Who this suits

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

What you get

If the claim is not approved, the car's usual rate applies, shown on its page. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental when your adjuster approves it. Otherwise the car's own rate applies. One small team handles your request from start to finish. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

The booking steps

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Driver requirements

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
