For this kind of rental: A car while yours is off the road, rented by the day or the week. After a collision, your insurer may pay when your adjuster approves the rental, and we can bill them directly. Rates on this page start at $50 a day.

What CarmaCars covers

Mapleton is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. Mapleton lies about 1,144 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

Our cars stay around Toronto, so for Mapleton we can only help with the Toronto part of your travel. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. Send a request with what you need in Mapleton, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

What makes this simple

If the claim is not approved, the car's usual rate applies, shown on its page. Your car is off the road; you are not. We bring a car to you and collect it when yours is back. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price.

Who rents from us

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own.

The booking steps

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Driver requirements

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

When you know your dates
