Why this works

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Booking made plain

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

What to bring

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
