What to expect

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

Who rents this way

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Booking, step by step

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What we check

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Ready when you are

Not sure which car? Describe the trip in your request and we will suggest one.
