Why this works

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. One small team handles your request from start to finish. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price.

Typical renters

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Who can rent

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

The booking steps

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Over to you

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
