Reasons people rent from us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

From your dates to the handover

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

What we ask of drivers

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
