What to expect

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Your booking, in three steps

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Before pickup

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Over to you

The next step is yours: send a request whenever you are ready.
