Who it is for

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

Why CarmaCars

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You can rent again later with the same account and details. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

The booking steps

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

The rules, briefly

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
