Reasons people rent from us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. One small team handles your request from start to finish. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

The rules, briefly

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Booking made plain

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
