Why this works

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Booking, step by step

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What you need to rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Ready when you are

A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
