Before you plan

Visiting Toronto from Double Tree Estates? We can have a car ready when you arrive. Because Double Tree Estates is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. If you need a car in Double Tree Estates itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

What to expect

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Who rents from us

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own.

Booking, step by step

You ask for the car online with your dates, and you pay nothing to send it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

What to have ready

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Over to you
