Car Rental in Dougherty, CA

About renting in Dougherty

Car Rental in Dougherty: CarmaCars is a Toronto company, so here is what we can and cannot do. The key point: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Prices are before 13% HST, and your offer shows the total before you pay.

Where CarmaCars works

CarmaCars is not in Dougherty. Our one location is in Toronto. About 3,606 km from central Toronto, Dougherty is too far for our delivery area of about 80 km.

For Dougherty itself, look for a local rental company; for the Toronto end of the trip, we can help. Because Dougherty is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Dougherty if you like. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.

Why CarmaCars

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

Who rents this way

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Your booking, in three steps

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Who can rent

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
