Who it is for

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Why this works

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

Booking, step by step

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

What to bring

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

One more step

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
