Who it is for

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

Why rent with us in Downsville

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

What we need from you

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

What to expect when you book

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Still deciding?

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
