What happens when you ask for a car

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Who qualifies

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
