Why this works

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Who it is for

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Driver basics

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Requesting a car

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Ready when you are

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
