What to expect

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price.

Checking your details

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

The steps

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Still deciding?

The next step is yours: send a request whenever you are ready.
