What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Requesting a car

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

The rules, briefly

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
