Why people choose us

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

Good fits

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

What we ask of drivers

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Booking with CarmaCars

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
