What to bring

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Getting the car booked

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
