About renting in Ervick

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. This page explains what that means if you need a rental car in Ervick. How it works: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. There is no instant booking: every request is read by a person.

Before you plan

Straight answer: there is no CarmaCars location in Ervick. We rent from Toronto. We deliver within about 250 km of Toronto. Ervick, about 2,661 km away, is beyond that.

Back from Ervick and landing at Toronto Pearson? We can meet you there with a car. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Ervick if you like. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

The details that matter

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

What we check

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Booking in plain terms

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

When you know your dates

Pick a car, send a request, and decide once you see the offer.
