Why rent with us in Excel

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged.

Who rents this way

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

From request to keys

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

What we need from you

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
