From request to keys

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Who qualifies

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
