What you get

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

What we ask of drivers

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Requesting a car

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You pay when you approve, and only then.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
