When it makes sense

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

Why this way of renting

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

The booking steps

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Driver basics

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
