The useful parts

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

Getting the car booked

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What we check

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
