Before pickup

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Booking, step by step

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
