Why CarmaCars

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account.

Typical renters

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

Booking made plain

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

What to bring

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

One more step

Send your dates and we will reply with a car and a price.
