Who it is for

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Before you rent

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Request, offer, keys

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Your move

Pick a car, send a request, and decide once you see the offer.
