Reasons people rent from us

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

Rules for renters

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

How to book

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Your move

A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
