The useful parts

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged.

Who it is for

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

Your booking, in three steps

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

What to have ready

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
