What you get

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

How booking works

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. You pay when you approve, and only then.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Driver requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
