Why this works

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. A request is free and commits you to nothing.

Common reasons to rent

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Your booking, in three steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Driver requirements

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
