The details that matter

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

What to have ready

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How to book

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
