Worth knowing

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price. We answer questions before you book, not only after.

What we need from you

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

From request to keys

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
