What is different here

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. We answer questions before you book, not only after. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

Booking with CarmaCars

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Requirements

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Next step

Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
