Why CarmaCars

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. A request is free and commits you to nothing.

Good fits

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

The rules, briefly

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Booking in plain terms

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
