Renting in Greenmount

This page is for Greenmount, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. Here is the short version: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. There is no instant booking: every request is read by a person.

Distance, honestly

There is no CarmaCars location in Greenmount; everything we do starts in Toronto. About 500 km in a straight line separate Greenmount from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

If you live in the Toronto area and need a car for a trip to Greenmount, we can help with that. Tell us in your request that you plan to drive outside Ontario; it needs our written consent. If you are unsure whether we can help with Greenmount, ask; we answer plainly. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

What is different here

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

Who rents from us

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Checking your details

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

From request to keys

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Your move

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
