When it makes sense

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

What is different here

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

Before you rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Your booking, in three steps

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Ready when you are

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
