What is different here

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. One small team handles your request from start to finish. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser.

Licence, age and card

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Request, offer, keys

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
