What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. One small team handles your request from start to finish. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

What we ask of drivers

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Your booking, in three steps

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Ready when you are

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
