Common reasons to rent

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

What is different here

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget.

Requesting a car

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Who can rent

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
