Common reasons to rent

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Worth knowing

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Before pickup

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Booking made plain

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
