The useful parts

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. A request is free and commits you to nothing. We answer questions before you book, not only after.

The rules, briefly

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

From your dates to the handover

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
