What happens when you ask for a car

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

What we ask of drivers

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

One more step

The next step is yours: send a request whenever you are ready.
