Reasons people rent from us

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

Who this suits

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

How a booking comes together

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. You pay when you approve, and only then.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Rules for renters

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

One more step

Send a request today, and approve the offer only if it works for you.
