Car Rental in Hess, MD

Car Rental: Hess

This page is for Hess, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. In short: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Each car lists its rates for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month.

About distance

Our only location is in Toronto; Hess is outside the area we serve. Hess lies about 520 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

A car from us can make the drive to Hess; plan the kilometres against the allowance on the car's page. Tell us in your request that you plan to drive outside Ontario; it needs our written consent. Need something in Hess? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Why CarmaCars

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

Who this suits

Driver requirements

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

How it works

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
