When it makes sense

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

Licence, age and card

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Request, offer, keys

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
