What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

Who this suits

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Before you rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

The booking steps

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Questions first?

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
