Worth knowing

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

The rules, briefly

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Your request, our offer, your keys

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

One more step

Send your dates and we will reply with a car and a price.
